The villas Camocim, Paineira and Tucaninho da Serra, within Vila Carnaúba, on the constant wind coast of Ceará.
The coast where the wind rules.
Preá is a beach village on the west coast of Ceará, neighboring Jericoacoara. The wind blows strong and regularly from July to January, and it is what turned the beach into one of the best-known kitesurfing spots in the world.
The sand is wide, the sea is shallow and there are kilometers of coastline for sailing. By land, the journey to Jeri is done by buggy or 4x4, along the seafront.
The villas are located within Vila Carnaúba, a condominium in the municipality of Cruz, with the regional airport of Jericoacoara approximately twenty minutes away by car.
Three houses: straw, wood and shade.
Voyage will have three villas in Preá: Camocim, Paineira and Tucaninho da Serra. The projects follow the Vila Carnaúba architecture, with a wooden structure, straw roof and bright interiors, open to the garden. Other information about each villa will be released closer to launch.
